Terms & Conditions for Teachers – Al-Hiqmah Islamic Institute

Welcome to Al-Hiqmah Islamic Institute. These Terms & Conditions govern all teachers (“Instructor”, “Teacher”, “you”) working with our institute through https://alhiqmah.com.
By joining as a teacher, you agree to comply with all policies and guidelines outlined below.
1. General Eligibility & Commitment
To maintain high educational standards, all teachers must:
- Possess sufficient knowledge of Quran, Arabic, or relevant Islamic subjects
- Maintain professional behavior and uphold Islamic ethics at all times
- Be punctual, disciplined, and committed to scheduled classes
- Avoid any actions that may harm the reputation of Al-Hiqmah Islamic Institute
2. Class Ownership & Student Policy
- All students enrolled through Al-Hiqmah are considered official students of the institute
- Teachers are strictly prohibited from transferring or “taking” students outside the institute
- Offering private classes to institute students on personal platforms is not allowed
- Any referred student (even through existing students) will remain an Al-Hiqmah student
3. Student Protection Policy
To ensure a safe and structured environment:
- Teachers must not contact students for personal or external business purposes
- Private payment arrangements with students are strictly prohibited
- All communication must remain professional and aligned with institute policies
4. Payment Terms
- Teachers will be compensated based on the agreed salary or commission structure
- Payments will be made according to a fixed schedule (weekly or monthly)
- Any changes to payment terms will be communicated in advance
- Teachers are not permitted to collect payments directly from students
5. Teaching Standards & Responsibilities
Teachers are expected to:
- Follow the official curriculum and teaching guidelines
- Conduct classes with clarity, sincerity, and proper Islamic manners
- Ensure high-quality education and student satisfaction
6. Confidentiality Agreement
- Teachers must not share internal documents, student data, or business information
- All confidential information must remain protected during and after employment
- Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action or termination
7. Code of Conduct
All teachers must:
- Maintain respectful communication with students, parents, and management
- Avoid harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior
- Represent Al-Hiqmah positively both online and offline
Failure to follow these standards may result in immediate termination.
8. Termination Policy
- Al-Hiqmah reserves the right to terminate any teacher for policy violations
- Teachers may resign by providing prior notice (as per agreement)
- Serious violations (e.g., student poaching, misconduct) may result in immediate termination
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- All teaching materials provided by Al-Hiqmah remain the property of the institute
- Teachers are not allowed to reuse, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission
10. Agreement & Acceptance
By joining as a teacher at Al-Hiqmah Islamic Institute, you confirm that:
- You have read and understood all terms and conditions
- You agree to comply with all policies
- You acknowledge that any violation may result in removal from the institute
